What is "PDF" format?

PDF stands for "Portable Document Format" which allows text, images, etc. to all be combined in a single file with a reasonable file size. The PDF viewer, Adobe Reader can be downloaded and installed free of cost.

Are there restrictions on the use of the patterns provided on this website?

Yes. Please do not copy, reproduce, share or distribute any of my patterns (free or paid) in any way without my permission. Having created the designs and patterns "from scratch" I "own" the rights to them. The finished product (i.e. what you make by following one of my patterns, either free or paid) can be used, sold, shared, or distributed at your own discretion.

How long will it take for me to receive my pattern?

All patterns are sent via email immediately after the completion of the Paypal transaction confirmation, through an automatic system set to up deliver instant service. If, for some strange reason, the pattern does not arrive within an hour after payment confirmation, please contact me and I will manually send the pattern as soon as possible.

I lost my pattern, can it be replaced?

Yes. Contact me with your name, the name of the pattern, and the email address or paypal user id that you used to buy the pattern. I will use this information to verify that you have, indeed, purchased the pattern, before sending it to the email address by which your purchase/transaction was completed. (Please allow a maximum of 2 business days for this process to be completed.)

Can I use yarn instead of thread?

Because the patterns are sized according to body measurements taken before beginning to crochet, it is possible to use any type of thread or yarn that you want, and still meet the size requirements. I have never tested this theory, and it will vary from pattern to pattern, but I believe that using yarn, especially of the lighter variety, would be possible.
