Delivery Options
Patterns are delivered in PDF (Portable Document Format) format only. The PDF viewer, Adobe Reader can be downloaded and installed free of cost.
Shipping Options
The pattern will be shipped to you via email immediately after payment confirmation, through an automatic system set to up deliver instant service. If, for some strange reason, the pattern does not arrive within an hour after payment confirmation, please contact me and I will manually send the pattern as soon as possible.
Refund Policy
No refunds will be given for inability to follow a pattern. Please try my free crochet patterns for examples of my designing and writing styles before you buy.
